應於中華民國一百十年七月十二日至 九月三十日之期間內，檢附薪資減少證明影本及其他相關證明文件資料，至發展署公告之網站申領本補貼；逾期者，不予發給。經認定符合本補貼之資格者，同一受僱勞工發給一次；其金 額為新臺幣一萬元。
