補充關於家庭的部分，從教育部的教育資源網可以看到，性平教育中關於家庭的部分，是尊重和認識不同型態的家庭，包括新住民、隔代教養、同志家庭、再婚組合家庭、單親、領養、頂客、跨國籍等，本來就出現在我們周遭生活中的各種家庭型態，從來沒有強調幾男幾女成立家庭的相關內容。
