台北市環保局表示，自今2020年起，為持續減少一次性餐具使用量，漸進式改變民眾消費習慣，北市府66處可外帶消費之委外場館將陸續執行「外帶一次性餐具計價收費」（餐盒2元、碗1元、筷子1元、湯匙1元），萬芳醫院今起率先啟動，至2021年7月5日全面實施後預估每年可減少500萬個一次性餐具。
