鄭文燦宣布，自2019年3月1日起，市府敬老愛心卡的點數可使用於桃園、南平及中壢3個國民運動中心，除了原本在早上8至10時、下午2至4時針對長者推出公益時段，愛心敬老卡每月800點還可折抵桃園市立游泳池入場門票、國民運動中心各項運動設施（游泳池、體適能中心）及場地租借（羽球場、桌球場、籃球場等）費用。
