兩劑疫苗並不是「最卑微的願望」，事實上算是一個滿奢侈的願望，世界上非常多從 2020 爆發後就陷入反覆封城或是經濟災難的國家都仍緊缺疫苗例如巴西，還有一些人口非常多的國家像是印度，目前也陷入是否應開放中國疫苗的爭論之中，雖然中國疫苗被巴西總理認為沒用，並造成高攀的死亡率。
