近日有民眾反應，詐騙集團假冒中華郵政公司網頁，以查詢包裹訊息騙取手機號碼等個資，長期以來詐騙事件頻傳，常有詐騙集團藉由中華郵政公司名義製作詐騙網頁，偽造資訊要求民眾輸入手機號碼資訊竊取個資。
中華郵政公司官方網頁正確應為 https://www.post.gov.tw，民眾如有疑慮，可撥打客服專線0800-700-365(手機請撥付費電話：04-2354-2030)，或洽詢各地郵局，亦可撥打165反詐騙專線查證，以維自身財產安全。
