前瞻基礎建設八千八百億有一半預算放在軌道經濟，而這個焦點的最大受益者，主要是房地產業者與基礎建設產業，對於國內建設很有帶動效果，但是對於台灣目前急需的經濟轉型，或強化競爭力，好像沒有太大作用。
