假的。香蕉本身有很豐富的膳食纖維,如果吸收足夠的膳食纖維,其實可以幫助腸胃蠕動,以及預防大腸癌。另外香蕉亦有很豐富的鉀質,都可以幫助減血壓,以及中風、心血管疾病的風險,也可以幫助排走多餘的鹽分,以及有效去水腫。但是要抗癌是未知之數,可想見劑量決定強度,吃香蕉不可能達到預防癌症的效果。
