因為沒帶口罩而「一個人6萬」、「已經開罰了」都是毫無根據的假消息。
📝 根據疾管署各個版本的「嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎(COVID-19)第二級疫情警戒標準及防疫措施裁罰規定」，未依規定佩戴口罩的罰則，都是新臺幣 3 千元以上 1 萬 5 千元以下罰鍰；甚至三級警戒下針對未戴口罩的罰則，也是如此，從來不會因為沒戴口罩就罰 6 萬。
