法務部為了嚴懲酒駕，特別修正刑法公共危險罪185-3條，未來酒測值只要超過0.25mg/l，不論有沒有肇事，原則上一律沒收車輛；另在同法中新增酒駕再犯致死罪，最重可處死刑。修正案送行政院審議。
