雲林縣斗六市一家資源回收處理場女工在操作廢紙回收壓縮打包作業時，跌入壓紙打包機內，消防局趕到現場時，黃女已明顯死亡，工廠的作業，未依規定先停機再處置，已有違反職安法中職業安全衛生設施規則之嫌，將勒令停工並最高可裁罰30萬元。
