文化部為落實倡導文化藝術平權，特地推出「紙本藝FUN券」，紙本藝FUN券將於今(31)日上午9點開放符合資格的民眾持健保卡到7-ELEVEN、全家、萊爾富及OK超商事務機，或是上網登記領取，登記截止時間至9月6日晚上9點。相較藝FUN券1.0，登記期限多了3天。文化部表示，此波紙本藝FUN券登記註冊

文化部表示，此波紙本藝FUN券登記註冊時間長達一週，建議民眾可採身分證字號單號於星期一、三、五，雙號於星期二、四、六，星期日皆可登記的分流方式，至超商或網站登記註冊。不過要特別注意，除了年齡，還需要沒有中籤過第一次的藝FUN券才能抽獎。文化部特別說明，「紙本藝FUN券」一人一張，限領一次，損毀無法再補發，使用期間自今年9月9日起至明(2020)年2月28日止，逾期即失效。
