到三倍券官網，「預訂及查詢平台」，點「簡易查詢」。輸入身份證和手機，便能瀏覽健保卡對應序號，及超商門市。到時再拿健保卡，或取貨序號加身分證，機台操作列印小白單，就能櫃台簽收。
