7月1日起，交通將有7項新制上路，包含高、快速公路上故障車輛停放路肩逾1小時，將罰600元到1200元；汽機車在於公車停靠區或公車站牌10公尺內違規停車，罰鍰將加重300元，機車可罰900元、小型車可罰1200元。現行規定在禁止臨時停車處停車，機車罰600到900元，汽車罰900到1200元，大型車罰1200元。但因汽機車在公車站牌附近停車，嚴重影響公車停靠和乘客上下車安全，也屢有其他汽機車為閃避
