依衛服部公告，未配戴口罩應先勸導，經勸導不聽者才開罰，訊息說有執法人員蹲點且看到就直接開罰並不符合法規要求。

12/1起進入醫療照護、大眾運輸、生活消費、教育學習、觀展觀賽、休閒娛樂、宗教祭祀、洽公等八大類場所佩戴口罩，未依規定佩戴口罩，經勸導不聽者，依傳染病防治法第70條第1項規定，處新臺幣3千元以上1萬5千元以下罰鍰。
