聯邦銀行已在2021/9/25公告澄清此為誤傳;該用戶因綁定數位券問題留言諮詢,銀行客服人員為服務客戶依所留言資訊撥電客戶欲予協助,並基於保護客戶依標準流程向客戶確認資料,因客戶留言之資料有誤,以及近期銀行詐騙案件頻傳,客戶以為接到詐騙電話致生誤會。
