金管會提醒，上市或上櫃公司應於114年股東會完成章程修訂，此範圍由各公司衡酌自身營運狀況及產業特性以非屬經理人且不低於「中小企業員工加薪薪資費用加成減除辦法」所訂之基層員工薪資水準之範圍自行訂定，根據經濟部公告，基層員工薪資標準為63,000元。
