民進黨發言人蔡適應表示，經濟部四大國營事業約5萬多人，只有不到萬分之一的董事、機要人員是指派上任，機要人員也是依各國營事業相關辦法任用，民進黨並無插手人事，過去中油與台電都有對此做出回應。
