標題用聳動的方式吸引注意,麵包的營養是比較而來,只要適量都不用太介意。白吐司原料已去除麩皮,只剩下白色胚乳,主要成分是澱粉熱量不低,纖維等營養含量卻很低,至於貝果則是熱量高。
