磷酸鹽攝取過量的確會影響鈣離子吸收,容易造成骨質疏鬆;再來,過多的磷酸鹽,對腎臟的負擔很大,長期高量攝取,容易引起腎臟功能的問題。但以目前美國和歐盟所訂定的每人每日最大容忍攝取量,是體重每公斤70毫克。也就是說,以體重65公斤計算,一天最多能攝取4550毫克,大概約150根香腸的量。
