假的，英國廣播公司（英語：British Broadcasting Corporation），原文縮寫及通稱為BBC，是英國主要的公共媒體機構，世界第一家由國家成立的廣播機構，營運資金主要來自於英國國民所繳納的電視牌照費，這些並非反華組織，王丹、曹長青、新灦年、袁騰飛、郭文貴沒有接受美國CIA捐助，這些也與美國中情局無關。
