查核中心檢視詢問中央印製廠。中央印製廠表示，以照片難以直接辨識紙鈔的真偽。但央行在印製新台幣紙鈔時，紙鈔上的國父表情皆相同，嘴型皆為緊閉，推測照片中出現的國父露齒笑，可能是民眾透過APP後製，或是加工塗記。
