(1)各國高峰平均感染數差異很大，從日本的每百萬人746例，美國的2400/M例，到韓國的6600/M例。依此估算台灣高峰會落在17,000-150,000例之間。
(2)因為差異很大，由此估算台灣的高峰感染人數也不容易精確，由於台灣防疫機制優良傳統，高峰日感染人數應該類似或低於日本，落在17,000人左右。
