近期社群平台有許多描述「駭客幫你把被詐騙的錢拿回來」的貼文或廣告，宣稱駭客幫助受害者從博弈或投資等詐騙平台，成功將錢財挽回。事實上這是歹徒利用受害民眾想追回被騙款項的心理，在社群平台投放廣告，假借國際駭客組織名義，宣稱可入侵詐騙集團的網站把錢要回來；但這只是另一種詐騙手法，民眾切勿上當，也不要向可疑
