營養師表示,健康族群在空腹情況下可以吃任何水果,但若有腸胃道問題的患者應避免空腹吃香蕉、鳳梨、番茄等水果,菠蘿等高油脂麵包也盡量少吃,另外,更提醒民眾應均衡攝取營養,勿隨意節食。
