這是一些醫院為了防疫控制所建立的規範，民眾進入醫院都得帶健保卡或身分證，追查旅遊史，經認證蓋章沒有去過高風險地區才能進入診療區，並不是出過國就不能進來醫院，出過國如果生病了請一定要就診。健保卡就可以撈到健保署所提供國人31萬筆相關旅遊資料，那沒有帶健保卡的可以讀取身分證資料，護照的號碼以及居留證的號碼可以查詢。
