武漢市衛健委公告指出，2020年1月19日22時至1月19日24時，新增1名死亡病例，死者為89歲陳姓男子，1月13日發病， 1月18日因嚴重呼吸困難入院救治，1月19日23時39分搶救無效死亡，患者有高血壓、糖尿病、冠狀動脈心臟病、心律不整等疾病背景。
