此為詐騙。可能是詐騙集團冒用某公司形象，利用低收入戶、身心障礙等補貼訊息誘騙有困難之民眾，騙取個人資料，先給予小額補助，讓民眾以為補助真實，結果遵照指示輸入個資帳號，裡面存款卻被清空，這是詐騙集團的詐騙手法。
補助機構不會調銀行帳戶是否為警示戶，不會要求受補助者支付手續費，要求匯款給他人都需格外小心。
國稅局捐贈費用認列僅限於對合於營利事業所得稅查核準則第79條第1款第4目之捐、合於所得稅法第11條第4項規定之機關或團體之捐贈及成立、捐贈或加入符合同法第4條之3各款規定之公益信託之財產，非規範內之捐贈一律不可認列，故無公司節稅一說。
此類詐騙相似投資顧問詐騙，切勿上當。
