糖尿病個管師邱小佳說，腎臟病最主要的原發病因是糖尿病與新陳代謝症候群，國民健康署宣導國人要加強腎臟病的防治，定期檢驗，尤其是高血壓、高血糖及高血脂的三高患者，透過規律運動、健康飲食、體重控制、多喝水、不抽菸、避免服用不當藥物，做好腎臟的保健。
