這是2011年的舊聞，衛生署食品藥物管理局長康照洲解釋，「起雲劑」是一種合法食品添加物，可以幫助食品乳化；DEHP會干擾生物體的內分泌作用，影響生殖、神經系統，並可能造成畸胎、癌症等。環保署毒管處處長林建輝表示，目前規範在食品容器的標準為1.5ppm，但因會干擾荷爾蒙分泌及致癌，所以本來就不應該添加到食物裡。
