2. 糖友應該瞭解和區別含糖量和血糖生成指數、血糖生成負荷之間的區別,再去考慮吃不吃該種水果,以及一天能吃多少。
3. 含糖量高的甜味水果就是糖友一定不能吃的嗎?也不是,因爲真正需要注意的是某個水果對人體血糖的影響,也就是看血糖生成指數、血糖生成負荷。
