1. 2月29日網路流傳一張截圖，聲稱：「日本防衛大臣河野太郎，2月28日在推特發文感謝台灣捐贈50萬份口罩」，但網路流傳的原始截圖中，twitter的介面（轉推、喜歡、回覆等功能）卻是繁體、簡體中文字混雜，應為偽造。
