是消費金額累計期間以綁定之郵政VISA金融卡，於行政院公告振興三倍券得使用之特店進行刷卡/感應消費，累計金額達 NT$3,000。郵局加碼回饋NT$300撥付至持卡人之存簿儲金帳戶中，並非所謂「不用再付1000元」，是已經在過程中付的3000元。
