■不論台灣疾管署或美國CDC，上呼吸道採檢項目都是「鼻咽或咽喉(Nasopharyngeal swab (NP)/oropharyngeal swab (OP))」擦拭液，此採檢項目亦符合WHO的指引。
■至於採檢「鼻咽」或「咽喉」的準確度是否有差異？
依據牛津實證醫學中心文章：目前做此比較的有兩份研究，但皆屬低品質亦未經同儕審查，並無法以目前資料精確評估兩者準確度的差異。
