原本應該是憲法保障的秘密投票，變成公開向家人、鄰里和路人表態自己同意罷免的立場。如果如同韓國瑜市長的影片所呈現，當天沒有出門投票的人，可能會被視為沒去投票的市民都支持韓市長。如果支持韓國瑜市長，其實站出來投下不同意罷免票，就是實踐民主的價值。
中立並不是一個立場，為什麼我們一直說中立容易變成假中立，因為中立只是把立場交給那個已掌握地位者決定，韓國瑜為什麼要支持者別投票？也許會造成「強迫亮票」，表面上降低衝突，我方和平理性、不隨之起舞。事實上，提高家庭和社區的衝突。
