剛剛查證多吃泡麵林口長庚醫院毒物科主任顏宗海說,泡麵「唯二」的缺點,一是營養不均衡,因為泡麵只有麵,是「全碳水化合物」,缺乏人體必須攝取的蛋白質、蔬菜水果所含的維他命等營養素和纖維質,二是鈉含量過高,建議一般健康的成年人每天鈉攝取量不要超過1500到2300毫克,相當於4到6克鹽,但是一包泡麵的調味包所含的鈉可能就超過成人每天的最高建議量,鈉攝取過高易使血壓升高,並使慢性病患者控制不佳,所以要小心,最好不要把泡麵當成每天的主食。
