[周刊王CTWANT] 全球致力對抗新冠肺炎,除了民眾做好自身防疫外,疫苗更是功不可沒。不過,近期一項研究發現,mRNA疫苗竟會侵害人類先天免疫系統與免疫記憶功能,這意味著人體保護力將大幅下降,病毒更容易找上門。

人體存在先天免疫系統、後天免疫系統兩種防禦機制,且2者相輔相成,缺一不可。其中,後天免疫系統中的T細胞與B細胞扮演抗敵要角,當病毒入侵體內並遭到感染後,細胞隨後會產生「免疫記憶」預防重複感染,免疫系統也可以在下次行動中更快速啟動。另外,先天免疫系統的機制非常簡單,就像是一道可以阻止病毒進入體內的屏障,是人類的最佳守門員。然而,當人體遭到病毒入侵時,受到感染的細胞會分泌干擾素,進一步「觸發」免疫系統開始工作,發揮對抗病毒的作用。干擾素分為3大類別,其中I型干擾素是最重要的干擾素,可防止感染、自身免疫性疾病及癌症。

據麻省理工學院(MIT)的一項研究發現,mRNA疫苗會破壞「I型干擾素」訊號傳遞。科學家表示,施打疫苗之所以可以減輕病狀,很可能是因為干擾素作用減少,以至於沒有「觸發」抵抗訊號,長期已往恐會導致更嚴重疾病的發生。

不僅如此,科學家擔憂,先天免疫系統屏障變得脆弱,也間接導致後天性免疫T細胞、B細胞跟著減弱。此外,荷蘭科學家表示,在接種疫苗過後的幾週內,T細胞活性降低、發炎反應增加,代表著人們的免疫系統可能面臨「故障」的危機。
