立法院4/14三讀通過《道路交通管理處罰條例》部分條文修正草案，未來汽車未停讓行人罰責提高且擴大未停讓罰責適用範圍，罰鍰上限由3600元提高至6000元；致人受傷或死亡罰鍰加倍，並處吊扣（銷）駕駛執照處罰。本次修法，交通部將儘速與相關單位研商完成施行準備作業，報請行政院核定施行日期。
