檢調發現，這個惡意程式會將手機中網銀帳號、密碼及信用卡資料上傳到雲端，嫌犯另攔劫手機的簡訊認證密碼，藉此確認轉帳。另外，嫌犯也盜取這些網銀用戶的信用卡資料，盜刷信用卡。全案朝刑法妨害電腦使用及詐欺罪偵辦。
