本會考量高爾夫球運動為符合社交距離及大型戶外開放空間條件，110年6月15日(二)透過諮詢委員會視訊會議研討通過，函請經濟部、衛生福利部、教育部體育署、交通部觀光局等單位，於疫情趨緩檢討解封時，能效法先進國家，依風險程度分階段解封，優先開放大型室外，非密閉空間且達運動防疫，並具防疫管理措施者，如高爾夫球場等場域，應列第一階段開放，本案亦已於6月16日發文。
