金管會提醒民眾，任何以金管會名義向民眾收取保證金、解凍金之訊息或公文書，均非事實，金管會不會要求業者向民眾收取保證金或解凍金，亦不會透過社群軟體或簡訊聯繫或通知民眾。
可撥打165防詐騙諮詢專線或到鄰近派出所詢問。
