要單靠蒜頭、青蔥、韭菜達到功效是不可能的,韭菜的確可增強人體的免疫能力,預防腫瘤細胞重生率。癌患期腸粘膜較弱,可酌量食高纖維的韭菜(鮮嫩者可),在癌症緩解期時亦可食用,可補充鐵質及製血的營養,是很好的深色抗癌食物。但要達到治療的功效,在劑量上人類無法有能力攝取。
