1. 美國國立癌症研究所的研究,是針對富含「β-胡蘿蔔素」的15種水果和23種蔬菜攝取量,與「肺癌」的關聯。研究結論為,較高的蔬果攝取量,對從未吸煙的男女都有降低肺癌風險的作用,而非建議「每天吃地瓜」。地瓜確實富含營養,但健康的飲食應均衡、適量,不應過度攝取單一食品。
