交通部（15）日傍晚宣布，將微調作法，紅線臨停不再開放民眾檢舉，臨停交叉路口、公車站、併排及消防栓5公尺處等狀況，只要不妨礙交通就「紅線停車是不開放民眾檢舉，也不會記點。」。
