基本上 棕櫚油、大豆油、芥花油、葵花油、油菜籽油,甚至玄米油、葡萄籽油都是化學石油(已烷)提煉的,所以才便宜!

分辨方法很簡單,只要市面上沒有販售冷壓初榨的,幾乎就是化學提煉油!應該沒人看過初榨玄米油,初榨葡萄籽油吧(因為種子含油量低於20%,榨不出東西,只好用化學溶劑去溶,然後再用高溫把有毒的溶劑揮發掉)!

目前高雄用優質油品的口袋名單差不多有5、6間:左營的覓vegan、木葉粗食、圃園減醣廚房、迪立印度餐廳...這些都是不用擔心吃到汽油的餐廳😆
