■確實有2019年的研究比較小朋友用乾或濕牙刷的差異,但其結論與這篇訊息不同:

①經過實驗,兩者在去除牙菌斑能力上並無顯著差異。

②但使用乾牙刷產生的牙膏泡沫較少,對年幼的小朋友來說可能較安全;又,因濕牙刷的細絲會變柔韌,乾牙刷反而能更好地清潔表面。

■另外,英國政府同時有推廣兒童乾/濕式刷牙,但在COVID-19期間僅建議採乾式刷牙,以減少飛沫及接觸傳染風險。
