1. 「喝水可以減肥」的說法出自2003年的一項德國研究,這個研究對象只有14人,指出喝水可以提升代謝率,每天飲用2000c.c的水會多消耗約400千焦耳的熱量。但沒有說幾點要喝多少水,也沒有說「8杯水減肥法」。
2. 確實有不少研究認為喝水對減肥有正面效應。醫師建議餐前喝水可增加飽足感。
