交通部澄清，因相關事業基層退休員工的退休金本來就偏低、甚至未達年改的樓地板，日前在行政院開會研商時，已明確表達反對立場，以照顧基層員工。交通部林佳龍部長亦已向行政院溝通，確認依交通部意見，不調整郵電人員的退休所得替代率。
