今天早上台東縣公教退休協會黃理事長率同理監事赴台東縣政府，與黃健庭縣長、饒慶玲議長及縣政府主秘、人事處長、法規室主任，研討台東縣政府及台東縣議會協助退休公教人員提行政救濟事宜。黃縣長指示：1.人事處全力協助公教退休人員提訴願、復審，在縣政府大廳設服務處協助退人員填訴願書、復審書、收件。2 .代收公務退休人員復審書集中寄銓敘部、代收高中以上教師訴願書集中寄教育部。
饒議長表示：1.負責支付，寄銓敘部及教育部的郵資。2.聘請律師協助提訴訟事宜。非常感謝黃健庭縣長、饒慶玲議長。

銓敘部官員認為，要看年金改革方案何時實施，實施之日生效，才會有行政救濟問題，但權益受損的軍公教人員，依保障法須於三十天內提出復審。
