不是所有的醣類在人體都能被分解吸收,癌細胞並不是真的喜歡吃糖,而是在食用過度的碳水化合物(例:高GI值的食物或精製糖)時,會使得血糖快速飆升而導致的體內的一連串作用。我們可以做到的是改變飲食內容與增加運動量來減緩血糖上升速度,進而間接降低腫瘤惡化風險。
